Moljerada is new street theater play from Theater Ana Monro ( since 1982) under the directory of  Jean-Luc Prevost. Works of Moliere serve as the baze of the play, he has worked in this way with other theter groups in Australia, France and Kirgiz.

Hipocracy is the main team of Moljerada, we learn the hipocrit laught, dance, song and grimas. Play is ful of phisical theater, dance, live music and singing and contact with public.

This time the new young generation is involved, bringing the theater new breeze.

Gledališče Ane Monro ob številnih uličnih festivalskih, izobraževalnih in mednarodnih dejavnostih v dveletnem ciklusu običajno pripravi tudi avtorsko predstavo. Po tem, ko sta bili zadnji dve Zlati Osel (2008) in Kletka (2010) vidni na festivalih širom Slovenije in Evrope, pa tudi prek Atlantika je prišel čas za novo produkcijo. In v petek, 20. januarja ob 15:45 bo na Prešernovem trgu v Ljubljani luč sveta ugledala Moljerada.
Gre za projekt, ki ga v Evropi vodi priznan francoski ulični umetnik Jean-Luc Prevost. Molierova dela so vedno vir navdiha, a kaj se zgodi, ko posamezni deli njegovih komediji zaživijo v novi, samostojni ulični predstavi? Jean-Luc Prevost je predelavo Molierovih del izvedel že v Avstraliji, Franciji in Kirgiziji in skupine, s katerimi je sodeloval so vsakič znova navdihnila druga njegova dela. Tako so nastale zelo različne predstave, a prav v vseh je prepoznan Molierov slog, značaji, ki jih prevzamejo junaki in protagonisti ter velik vpliv commedie dell’arte.
In tako so v zadnjih mesecih tudi GAM-ovci v roke dobili Molierova dela ter vsak zase izbirali navdihe. Žlahtni meščan, Zdravnik po sili, Skopuh, Don Juan in Skapinove zvijače bodo zaživele v skupni zgodbi in pod režijsko taktirko Jean-Luc Prevosta so GAM-ovci prepričani, da boste ljubitelji Moliera v njej prepoznali osnovne vire. A tisto kar je čar tega francoskega dramatika, je to, da njegove komedije pravzaprav že same po sebi tvorijo skupno rdečo nit – gospodar, služabnik in spremljevalno osebje se vsakič znova pravzaprav soočijo z enim ključnih problemov – vprašanje je le, kateri do  sedmih smrtnih grehov je takrat vodil Molierova razmišljanja. Tako pravzaprav tudi nepoznavalci Molierovih del ob spremljanju predstave ne boste nič prikrajšani.
Še nekaj besed o ekipi. Tokrat ne gre za klasično GAM-ovsko zasedbo. Od osnovne avtorske skupine GAM v predstavi sodelujejo Goro Osojnik, Borut Canjko in Matjaž Ocvirk. In ti tokrat ob tem projektu združujejo moči z mlajšo generacijo. V Moljeradi se jim bodo pridružili izkušeni improvizator Luka Korenčič ter štiri mlade ulične umetnice, ki so se v preteklih letih urile v okviru ŠUGLE, šole uličnega gledališča, ki jo je leta 2007 ustanovilo Gledališče Ane Monro. To so Katjuša Kovačič, Manca Uršič, Tea Vidmar in Urška Ličef!
In ker »starih mačkov« ni potrebno posebej predstavljati, nekaj besed namenjamo mlajši generaciji. Katjuša in Manca, obe usmerjeni predvsem v gibalni teater, v zadnjem času uspešno delujeta v okviru Cirkusa Kansky, skupaj pa sta prevzeli tudi podobo pravljičnih bitij – Niavke. Urška Ličef je v okviru Ane Desetnice 2011 pripravila prvo samostojno ulično predstavo (Čas), po njeni poti pa gre tudi Tea Vidmar, ki je lani kot zadnja zaključila dvoletno izobraževanje na ŠUGLI. Na decembrski Ani Mraz pa bila del zasedbe Trije težki, ki je prav tako predstavila svoj avtorski prvenec Ujetost.
In ne smemo pozabiti na režiserja in vodjo projekta. Se spominjate Ane Desetnice leta 2010, ko so po mestu korakali trije simpatični francoski konjeniki. Jean-Luc Prevost je vodja francoske zasedbe Les Goulus. Kot igralec, pisatelj in režiser deluje v različnih francoskih zasedbah že vse od leta 1979. Leta 1994 je ustanovil zasedbo Les Obsessionnels, ki se je leta 2000 preimenovala v Les Goulus (www.lesgoulus.com ) in ki jo v največji meri odlikujejo pohodne predstave. Te skoraj vedno temeljijo na pogumu in junaštvu ter neposredni zelo iskreni interakciji in komunikaciji z občinstvom.

 

The shaman and her shadow- indoor( DNA- LAB residency)

The shaman and her shadow is a project, combining different art disciplines; contemporary circus, dance, music, fine arts and storytelling. It is a collaboration between three artists, Dana Auguštin, Katjuša Kovačič and Aleksander Kuzmič, each of them using few disciplines in her/his art creation. Dana Augustin’s primary research is the vertical dance (on tissu and cocoon), Katjusa Kovacic’s speciality is contemporary circus and capoeira, Aleksander Kozmic is a musician, specialized on ethnomusicology. Combined together, their arts create and intersection of horizontal (ground) and vertical (air) movements, supported by the music and visual (video) material. The music defines the rhythm and the atmosphere of the scenes and video projection serves as a hidden storyteller.

Our research is based on our experiences as performers, working mainly with our bodies. That leads to the recognition of the fine and important connection between the body and the soul (spirit), as well as their difference. That is the reason we have chosen to speak about the matter and the “non matter”, taking the shaman as a symbol for the artist and taking the shadow as the symbol for its soul and imagination. Shaman for us is the representation of the artist, repeating her/his rituals in order to reach the shadow. In other words, the artist, in order to achieve complete connection with her/him self, what means a high level of performance, has to perform this ritual of repetition, exercise, devotion to his art. The artist has to prepare his body in a careful way to be able to understand the message of the shadow. The shadow represents our unconscious part, our world of ideas of all kinds, that can construct and destruct, depending just on us. Communicate with the shadow demands the same training as for the body, just on another level, the level of our imagination.

The similarity and difference at the same time, the inside and outside, concrete and subtle are also the main principles of the art creation. Two female bodies are going to present that duality, playing the same person, showing her worlds of imagination and its impacts on her body at the same time. This main character (made out of two persons) has her invisible (air, soul) and material (ground, body) side. Sometimes these roles are evident and sometimes it is difficult to see where is the line that separates them. As in the creation processes, there are moments of chaos, of a clear vision, of silence, the moments these sides are together and the moments they are separated. The music and the sound is always present, as the beat of our heart, the rhythm of our respiration, the power of the spoken word as well as the silence.

The project was first ralized under the residency program DNA (EU program)  in  NOVA SIT / NEW WEB (theater in Jihlava/Czech) in november 2011.

Shaman-Shadow

Is a performance about the shamanic ritual of Art, taking place on crossroads, the bridges between the two worlds. With her/his magic melody the Shaman invites Oscar (death) to step out of the black hole, the yet unshaped form in which the shadows dance. The dance of death leads to the new life, where the Shadow and the Shaman can finally play together

Burn all your fears and let yourself dance through all the magic worlds within you!

Šaman- senca

Performans  o šamanskem obredu umetnosti, ki se dogaja na križišču– na mostu, med dvema svetovoma. Iz črne luknje neizoblikovane forme, v kateri plešejo sence, šaman s svojo melodijo izvabi Oskarja (smrt).  Ples smrti vodi v novo življenje, v katerem se senca in šaman lahko  igrata skupaj. Zažgimo vse svoje skrbi in igrivo zaplešimo v čarobne svetove.

A pazite!  Ona je divja, ona je zver, ona zna čarati,…    Auuuuuuuu

Dana Auguštin is a Šlik(Shlik), a black feathered angel, using different artistic formats, such as: music, poetry, sculpture, drawing, dancing on a tissu(white vertical cloth, 6 to 13 m high, used also as a video projection screen) and cocon (black elastic ribbon), to tell stories of the other side. By her body she creates strange forms, sculptures; colored by the lines of her drawings and videos. Most of the time she dances in the air, like a bird, a shadow or her shaman, like herself.

Katjuša Kovačič is Njavka(Niavka),  playful spirit from the green wood, telling forgotten stories through the expressive flexions of her body. Combining knowledge and the art of movements from many cultures and their rituals, creating a unique characterized creature. She uses different artistic formats, such as: poetry, sound, contorsionism, capoeira, dance, theater and her animalistic nature define her forms. Creating on the ground, she represents the roots of the shaman and her shadow.

Aleksander Kozmič is the Galactic nomad with primal instruments from different tribes and cultures, playing the ancient sound of spiritual harmony. The music is the weapon of the future! Goni is root instrument from Africa used for rituals(with dance) of awakening the secret warriors of the soul. Nej(y) is turkish flute, making sounds from a single breath. Sitar plays secret mantras from the Asians, using guitar, drums, kalimba, tibetan flute and other small instruments from different countries. He also mixes and modifies all this sounds.

Je telesna invazija urbanega mesta, dveh prelivajočih se bitij, ki s svojo podobo in prezenco označujeta dani prostor in presenečata mimoidoče. Včasih sta eno, spet drugič dva nasprotna si lika, ki predvsem opozarjata na izginutje zvedavosti, čudečnosti in igrivosti.

Ambiental Performances- group

AM – ambiental performances is an International artist’s group, working in a field of performance. A pool of talented choreographers, costumographers, scenographers,  Make up  artists and performers has gathered together to surprise event goers with shows full of magic and beauty.
Every performance is based on  a story that is developed with the organizer, with respect of the ambient and organizer’s goals. We include elements of Jazz ballet, modern dance, acrobatics, vocal performances and musicians. We poud ourselves to  be  able to create a new world in any given space: trade fair, club party, corporate event, city celebration or product promotion.

Janja Rudolf – our mother creator and leader started her first performance in 1998. She combines Theatre and Design with magical virtuosity and of course with some help of her education received in School of Design and Photography and Ambiental decoration of Famul Stuart at Ljubljana.
